Southern Indiana | A few years ago we flew to Portland, rented a car and took a road trip through Maine, Vermont and New Hampshire. Did a whale tour in Bar Harbor, saw the Bush compound in Kennebunkport, and moose in NewHampshire. Wasn't too far from Dixville Notch, and saw a bear cub in Vermont. A lot of other cool things but those come to mind right away. No agenda, just a map. Never had a problem with lodging, mostly bed and breakfasts and pretty reasonable. Beautiful scenery and had a great time. | |
