| I may not be a smart man, but looks to good plan for failure. I'm betting pasture rent is at the top of market. Then couple that with high priced cows, market turns on cattle just at time cattle dump if not before.
You need long term lease of ten years on rental ground. If not you need to own the land. Worst case deal is a bank note on cattle, you lose pasture. Then try to find pasture or having to drylot them to get calf crop off to make payment. | |
