Yep, now is his opportunity if he acquired some rented land, and the bank will offer capital. To heck with the cycles, you go when there’s opportunity and figure it out. The same guys that are saying now isn’t the time were probably the ones complaining about the cow guy getting the shaft 5 years ago too.
