 East Central Arkansas | Did some for a few years. Like others have said more wear and tear on your planter planting back into fresh crop residue. Ours was a different situation where we plant on beds and the next crop is planted right back in the same row as the previous crop. One year on some ground that had very shallow furrows I did some at a angle to the row. I didn't have any kind of good guidance or markers so that didn't work good as you couldn't see where the planter ran. | |
