Northern Indiana | Update to this issue: the sim card was not quite inserted all the way and there was a minor configuration issue that might have contributed as well

Working on diagnosing an issue with the state of Ohio's RTN network (CORS RTK)
I seem to be having issues with using SimBase.com sim cards
What data plans has everyone seen work and not work with the network?
Any issues with Verizon?
For context, many CORS RTK caster servers block foreign IP addresses and potentially others as well
Many cheap sim cards / data plans on Amazon for example route traffic through foreign servers
