SOIL | The OneDrive would be a good off site backup for pictures, but what always concerned me about services intertwined with your desktop like that is, if your PC gets infected, taken over by hackers, whatever, they have access to your OneDrive as well. With another service such as Google Drive which is accessed through a browser, at least their is a layer of protection through a browser. Of course I say this, and Google Photos is installed on my Android Phone.
The best backup for your most precious pictures is to burn copies to a DVD-R, and send them to a printer such as Walmart or Walgreens. | |
