If it still starts good, you don't put many hours on it, I'd run it. It would be cheaper and easier to rebuild it now though. I'd be more concerned about the amount of wear at low hours. It's been breathing dirty air. Either there's a leak in the air intake somewhere, or the air filter maintenence is lacking.
