Go to FSA. If not wet land Their shouldn't be a problem. If highly erodible you will need a 5 year cropping plan that meets the soil lose target. You should be doing that anyway so no big deal.... Dennis

If it is a wetland and you clear with a bulldozer you won't like the outcome... Dennis
