Have the same Agri chopper. Good machine. Auger is the weak point. Replaced the worn flighting on ours a few years ago and haven’t had a problem since. Only straw chopped though. Have heard the valmetals upgraded to a larger diameter auger to prevent the plug point but I have no experience running those ones.
Anybody have experience with a valmetal 5500 tubgrinder?
