| Is anyone familiar with the poclain models of wheel motors....they have a factory in wisconsin....they actually designed the complete hydraulic system on the wilmar 8650 self propelled sprayers and I am looking for information.....
what i am attempting to do is add magnets for ferrous metals and add medium filters for dirt, brass and aluminum
if have had people tell me that it is impossible to do this because the oil reverses direction when you go ahead or backwards
whenever there is a problem with a wheel motor, the entire hydraulic system becomes contaminated with different metals and plastics,, the only filter and magnetic head is in the reservoir
the standard approach that I have been told is scrap the machine because you will never remove the contamination and you will have hydra stats fail, charge pumps fail and on and on....
I am asking could you not install a solenoid when changing directions that would direct the oil through the proper set of filters depending on direction of oil and direction of the sprayer....
It seems that now most of the new sprayers have when away from hydraulic wheel motors and have went with a mechanical type drive or a hydraulic motor with a planetary on it, Has anyone attempted to install a proper magnet and filter system... maybe it is impossible please send me your thoughts take care
Also would anyone have a ms 35 or 16 or 18 wheel motors poclain in stock or on a shelf....jwp | |
