Appreciate the suggestion and concern. I’ll stick around a bit longer in hopes of eventually finding the first American who can argue without leaning on ad hominems, straw men, or knee-jerk dismissals. What is in your character makeup to seek out people to argue with? I can’t possibly think of anything I like to do less of than arguing with an idiot. Clearly you aren’t going to sway my opinion, nor I yours, so what’s the point? Keep your opinions of our country to yourself, and I’ll do the same regarding yours. (which I have already done) Somehow, I get the feeling you can’t help yourself though. |
