Current mix is

4 cups flour

1½ teaspoons salt

2½ tablespoons butter

2 heaping tablespoons sugar

2 packets fast yeast

12 ounces 85° water

Tastes fine but I'd like to make it sweeter.  I suspect adding more sugar by itself isn't the answer.
