| We graze big pastures, we can far better control cattle with water delvopment. Cattle move themselves better alone. We have less overgrazing. Problem with man, is cattle come second when kids or wives are telling husband the schedule is full, and cattle have to wait a week to move. That's when things get overgrazed.
As far as GPS system to control cattle in our country, it will be expensive, more labor intensive to deal battery life. Better to control them with water delvopment. Thus also wildlife benefits from water delvopment as well.
Some of our probelm is under use of pastures, only way to change that is more water as it's our constraint.
